NOBODY WORKS HARDER OR SMARTER than Jill Friedland!

I unconditionally recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate in NJ! We had previously listed our house for almost a year with an award winning agent who only had ONE showing, NO open houses, and the only personal contact I had from her was a call to lower the price…which I did. Obviously, we did NOT re list with the same agent! We wanted to be represented by an agent that gave us guidance and support to actually SELL the house…just not get a listing so somebody else could do the work! That's when Jill Friedland came on the scene. What she may have lacked in real estate experience, she made up for in tenacity and plain old hard work! Jill planned here work, and worked a very clear simple plan to get the house SOLD right from the start! She brought in experts to stage the house properly, and brought in furniture and accessories that made the photographs and videos POP with excitement. Then she did an open house for brokers which was very well marketed and attended by 27! Shortly thereafter, she hosted a succession of 4 open houses that resulted in 28 family showings as well as 7 private showings! She handled everything without us ever being present. To make a short story even shorter, she went from listing to contract in less than 8 WEEKS, and it's all because NOBODY WORKS HARDER OR SMARTER than Jill Friedland! She is definitely experienced and very proactive in marketing the listing in a very professional manner and in a way which shows the home in the best possible light. She is pragmatic and realistic about the local market and her instincts are very good. She sold our home in a relatively short period of time and we believe that we got a good price given the existing market. She was also very good with the buyer whom was represented by a different agent and I believe that her ability to work with them was a key to completing the transaction.

"Jill Friedland is a very professional real estate agent. we specifically chose her because she had previously sold 2 homes in our Belle Mead NJ neighborhood, both in a very short timeframe. She spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining the entire listing process, had very good knowledge about what buyers were looking for in our area, and set reasonable expectations on the selling price of the home. She provided good suggestions on staging suggestions in various rooms in the home and even covered at her expense a staging professional to come in and provide some additional decoration tips. The photographer she uses for the on-line and handout brochures is fantastic. The pictures were great and we feel brought in many potential buyers even in the slow market period we were selling. Jill remained active throughout the attorney review process and guiding us on what needed to get done before the closing. Jill has a warm personality and is never pushy, but will provide a professional opinion if needed."

"Another great sale by Jill Friedland! About 3 years ago my wife and I decided to sell our 5 bdrm house in Tewksbury Township. We were downsizing to a 3 bdrm town home also in Tewksbury. We actually met Jill at an open house in that town home development. At once we were struck by her energy and knowledge of the market. Jill sold that home and represented us in the purchase of the town home. Getting us to a contract to sell in less than 60 days. Remarkable, considering the market in 2017. Now with my retirement planned, it was time to move again. Of course, we called upon Jill to sell the town home. This sale happened quickly with Jill’s expertise and utilizing her resources. During the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis, there were no open houses, which was not a problem for Jill. At no fee to us, she arranged a virtual video walk thru to be recorded and for professional photography. We, as owners paid a very reasonable fee to have the home staged. I mentioned to her I was having an issue with the gas fireplace, “no problem Bill, I have a guy for that” said Jill. It seems to me she has a person or service for any situation that could arise. She is always available by cell or text and works very hard on your project, whether you’re buying or selling. We have done both with her. Oh, and she beat her last record by getting us a contract on the town home in 54 days. Jill Friedland is a remarkable agent!"
